Activation..?

It's now day 16 and still no news on activation.

Plus.net, you've had my initial fee and the 7 -10 day normal period has expired....where's the hold up?

Have my details been submitted to BT? If so is there a job number that can be chased?

Or is the hold up at your end, if so will I be expected to wait an additional 7-10 days after?

I have a router waiting to be installed, is it worthwhile trying the connection before notification?

Please help, patience is running thin...

don't hold your breathe mate - I got connected in 9 days, which I thought was pretty good - I'm activated, got my modem etc etc. But nothing works - can't ping shit, well pissed off. Spent about 3 days in the tech. support phone que and am about to tear my hair out.
