Acessrunner DSL Status

On the general tab of the DSL Status I am receiving errors for the received activity, is there any way I can fix this?

eg 2,500,000 bytes received will give approximately 12 errors.

I had this problem aswell. To fix it i changed the "TxMaxFrameSize" and "RxMaxFrameSize" to 1458. This however was on XP so it might be different on other windows versions. Also make sure your MTU setting is 1458.

Hope this helps

Hi,

If possible can you change over the modulation in the line set up tab to ANSI. To acheive this double click on the access runner control panel and then press Ctrl+A.

However, I would also consider checking over the splitters and cabling and ensure that all telephone sockets in your house are supported by splitters if they are in use.

Also, no extension cables should be sandwiched between splitters and just to discount the possibility of a cabling problem ensure that you have tried the conection directly in to the master socket.

Best Regards,

Dave.
