I am AGAIN not able to use my ADSL connection. And I know the reason: A problem with a BT managed gateway. The ADSL service has been really hard work for me the past week, wasting a lot of time on support line, writing e-mails to support, having to use my old dial up modem.
Plus Net should not charge for their ADSL service this month. In fact, I think we should all just cancel our direct debit this month, or even better, move to one of the other ISP's out there that can actually make this work!!
I have to say though, when I eventually get through to somebody at support, I get excellent treatment. It is not their fault, but the management og Plus Net.
