ADSL not working

i'm getting this error when i log in, using dial up to post this
SERVICE INFORMATION


You have been connected to this page due to one of the following reasons. You must now shut down your browser and Internet applications before attempting to reconnect.

The BTWholesale access circuit to your Service Provider is currently down.
Your service should be resumed soon.
Or
You are testing your local connection to BT using
‘bt_test_user@startup_domain’

You are testing your connection to your Service Provider using ‘bt_test_user@domain’ where domain is your Service Provider domain name.
Or
Your Service Provider is currently unable to accept your connection request please wait until service is restored or contact your Service Provider for further information.

ADSL not working

Hi there and welcome to the forums.

Unfortunately a number of people are experiencing this issue at present.

The Plus Net network team are looking into the cause along with BT.

In the meantime, try shutting down your PC and modem or router. Power up again and see if the situation is resolved.

Failing that you could try manually coding Plus Net DNS servers into your modem or router.

The servers are

212.159.13.49
212.159.13.50
212.159.6.9
212.159.6.10

You can use any or all of these servers.
