ADSL is Absolute C R A P again

I wont even bother posting anymore traceroutes as the problems are obvious to everyone.
And no firm date for fixing them either.

Im beginning to have severe doubts that Plusnet can deliver reliable DSL.
Im sorry it has to be said regarding these ongoing problems repeating themselves, once is an honest failure, twice is forgivable but if it happens again after the next proposed solution then that is just plain incompetence.

Only time will tell, but as of now ive ceased referring friends to Plusnet and no i didnt make any money out of it as i dont use the referral system, I did it because i thought Plusnet carried out their business in a professional manner that view is rapidly changing.

signed very disgruntled.

ps. i lied here is a traceroute and isnt dolpiaza an italian restaurant?

RE: ADSL is Absolute C R A P again

Traceroute attached for [laughable] comparison. You're not alone. Read my post on previous thread...

I think dolpiaza is actually supposed to be dupiazza - You'll note rhogan1 and josh2 [node / network names] amongst others. A pattern emerges me thinks?! Adds a smile to my traceroutes ;-)

I just had time to make a coffee whilst this trace when through:
