ADSL activation

I ordered ADSL on 2nd april, and quickly passed the "tests".

then the message - "lack of capacity at local exchange"

then suddenly - "your account is activated"

that was 10 days ago.

no service since though! Even though my modem has sync with local exchange and my setup confirmed correct.

Now told BT require to visit - still waiting for plus.net or BT to arrange appointment.

Service so far has been crap.

No continuity or "friendly service".

Please do better plus.net
