On 14.06.2002 I submitted a request to upgrade my Connect account to ADSL. Has anyone any idea when I should expect to see what's happening via ADSL Tracker (in My Connection)?

Watch your Contact Us tickets, there will be posts that dont involve you, ie closed tickets.

I knew that my line had passed the tests before I got the email. But currently give PN 7 WORKING days[Monday-Friday] before you start pestering, I know patience is difficult but it is worth the wait in the end.
