Hmm a few people seem to be posting the information incorrectly. Does the page need to be made clearer?

ADSL Line Problems

Again, this looks like it will be down to BT exchange / local problem - We have just about ruled out any generic problems within the BT network, now that BT have admitted to the main problem we have seen. Do check your exchange at http://cgi.support.plus.com/exchanges/ (Chris, maybe the fault form could allow for the exchange colour status to be entered on the report?) and ensure you raise this information into the Contact Us system. We can then get this logged with, and fixed, by BT.

Regards,

Ian
