I thought I would phone Plusnet to see how my activation was coming on as it had been six working days, only to find out that my request had not actually made its way through to BT. Technical told me that the request had got lost because BT have so many orders at the moment, and that I would now have to wait another 7 to 10 days for line activation, assuming this request goes through. I wonder how long I would have been waiting if I had not phoned up! I would recommend to anyone signing up to Plusnet to check the order has gone through a couple of days later, otherwise you could be waiting along time.
