Further to the maintenance on the adsl line, our connectivity has now been resumed, at 17:00.
The service status section has commented that 'We do not expect our DSL platform to be affected by this other than customers experiencing slow data rates should the problem deteriorate' @ 08:59
Well our service was completely down since the beginning of the business day.
Then @ 11:48 a comment was left, including
'We are pleased to announce that we have resumed full connectivity .... we can confirm that no service related issues were identified or were reported by our customer base during the lull in capacity. '
I'm sorry, but our connection was down all day (until 5pm), and we reported this numerous times. What's the story?
