2mb regrade?

I got a date of the 25th for my regrade and around 3pm today I lost my 512 adsl.

but no new 2mb yet? but i've got this note:
We would like to inform you that your Contact Us Ticket ID [ 14238726 ]
has now been returned to the BOT - Regrades Due pool. A member of our
Support Team will investigate your issue as soon as possible.


what does this mean?

2mb regrade?

It means exactly what it says ont he tin, or ticket int this case.

Your ticket has been returned to the Broadband operations team, who will answer you in rotational order.

It has become common as of late that regrades take longer than normal. It is suggested that you wait until the BOT has updated your ticket. If placed back on hold, whilst your remain without service, then raise a new ticket (do not append) informing them your without a connection at all.

Yep gone through. It was down for about 30 hours.

Just waiting for my regrade - hasn't happened in the five days of "normally takes 5-7 days". Are they usually timely or problematic?

Got told theres more down time than what there use to be.

And it went off , 7 days after I made the upgrade, on the date it said on one of my tickets. I was expecting it to come back on after about 1 hour or so, but it didn't happen till later the next day.
