12 days still no service or sign of service

Its 12 days since I placed my order, when I chased it up originally support could see the order on the system and no problem, even though the ADSL tracker showed a problem and still is, after the two appointment days I gave had past I chased it up again. BT had no record of my order WHY!, the order was then submitted manually, the next day when I asked about the appointment days, they said BT still had no record of my order. Angry

Question, does BT have a record of my order for an engineers visit on the 25th (15 working days after the original order was placed). Is this a sign of things to come? :angryfire:

I tried phoning up yesterday to get an answer and was not satisified with the "we will put a note on your ticket", I can see the note on the ticket but no answer.

I am very impressed with what I can see with plusnet otherwise, please don't spoil this.

We do apologise when BT take a little longer than normal to install ADSL. Alas as always we do try and speed up BT, but we can not really do anything until BT have finished the installation.

As per the contact us system and checking BT's own system I can see that the order is going through as promised.
