10 days since my order and still no word!!

I placed my order on the 31st of May. I went for the engineer assist option because this was the best option for my old homehighway conversion. The 3 dates and times for an engineer visit have now expired and no sign of any further information from plusnet.

When can i expect a visit from BT and even my ASDL service?

thanks for the update, can't understand how everything was ok when I enquired on the 7th and now bt have no record??. Can you please action my request on ticket 4811166 as the date is not acceptable.
