wasnt sure how to insert a pic but i pinged bbc and it came back with 12m/s and i pinged plusnet.com and i came back with av of 17ms. with no losses. that sounds ok to me but we both know i dont know!!
what you reckon.

Those values are fine. Mine, with interleaving on, are around 40ms. 
The increase of 20ms is typical of the effect of interleaving,
