who is Brightview Group Ltd?

Did a speedtest tonite out of interest - fastest for a while just over 7MB/s 
But the IP address  91.125.248.56 indicates I am connected to something owned by Brightview Group Ltd.  All the earlier IP addresses were owned by Plusnet.
Just idle curiosity.

… and BT gave Plusnet the job of integrating the Brightview brands into their normal operations. That included ownership of the Brightview registered IP ranges and all customers can be allocated dynamic IPs from these ranges.
