Apologies for the lack of updates, it can take between 24 to 72 hours for our faults team to pick a ticket up.

Fingers crossed it's fixed soon.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

well phone number is now back to what it should, called to get my line reset for FTTC 80/20..... but looks like something is still not right as my router is connecting at 79987Kbps and 19999Kbps but i am only seeing speeds of 20-28MB down,upload is not too bad though but still should be better

Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect of the router and see what the speeds are like after that please.

its ok now .... speed at almost 75MB down and 18MB up was a problem with my network powerline adapter but its all sorted now
