Hi i am getting very poor wireless range with the supplied Pn router, i have checked with inSSIDer on my phone and i am on channel 13 with no one else on any channels near me, i am using 2.4Ghz and get the following readings.
Touching the router -45dbm
1 step away in line of sight -50dbm
2 steps away in line of sight -57dbm
3m away in line of sight -67dbm
After this or if i go into the next room with 1 brick wall between us and around 4m it drops to -88dbm, any further then it drops and jumps to the mobile network.
Anything else i can try or is this normal with is router?
Thanks
Robert

Is it likely that there is in fact no one else on any channels near you, or is it possible that you just can't detect them for some reason?
