forgive me if this has been asked and answered elsewhere.
I know there's a problem with usage reporting on the portal.
The service status reports however are updated daily, and without trawling through them and making a digest of what has been discarded or not, I'm in the dark about my usage this month.

Hi paulh,
Basically, the usage reporting is now up to date, as per this morning's service status update. Any usage that is missing previous to this will not now be added.
