Last time openreach suggested swap to new 100 pair copper cable as I am on a aluminium cable but got put on fixed profile
my atten 60db new line in building on the 100 pair 48db atten currently synced over 2500 more than my old aluminium line at 4032 target snr 12.
would appreciate some input and help in the swap.
Since moving back off fixed 2000 sync was 3264 with target 6 snr now line 1440 with a target ot 15 snr
Good line using a dg834 v 3 ( no need for wireless)
old line using a 2700hg-b
Hope a rep can help

The support staff are not reading the tickets correctly and I am playing Ticket ping pong
I would appreciate an input from a rep.
