time to reply to fault tickets?

How long does it typically take to get a response to a fault ticket?
I've got an apparently intermittent fault, and I'm now on my third ticket (the previous ones getting closed if I didn't see the problem for the 14 days or whatever the autoclose limit is), and each time it takes an age (many days) to get an initial response.
Current one was opened on Thursday, and not a single response from plus.net yet.

Thanks Jojo! Kevin (if I remember correctly) called me this evening, and I believe the fault has been reported upto BT so just a waiting game to see what they say now
