Hi Guys
Not sure if this is just me or not, but from the logs on my router my service dropped at 0730 this morning and has not come back since...router looks fine showing connection at 7.6Mb (same for many years), no obvious faults but no connection to plus net :Dand I have been reduced to using my phone as a modem 115k..Arghhhhhhhhh, anybody know of any issue out there ?

I did see that and wonmder however I live on the south coast and my parents who live about 4 miles away and use plus net are fine....so am not sure it applies but who knows !!!

This affected me too. No internet most of the day.
Rang the 0845 number and heard the message so left it.
First time for ages I have been disconnected for so long.

Yep went down in Petworth, Sussex this morning and not back by time I went out at 14:45. Modem gets DSL but wont authenticate.
We suffered last week as well when problems with Plusnet hardware we lost the connection till after midday.
Twice now in 10days - worst in time since we joined some 18mths back.
Still I am on a 1 month contract so if it stays bad I can move unlike newcommers on their 18mth sign up.....

Seems like you've had bad luck. I've been with plusnet since nov 02 and this was the longest it has been down for that I know about.

Apparently it's not all fixed yet - the latest status on the support pages says (as of around 10.45am) that their "suppliers are investigating the problem further". Here's hoping it's sorted soon (don't fancy uploading a 20Mb file via dialup...).
