Hi since the openreach engineer had interleaving turned off to test/fix my connection ive been experiencing more resyncs than usual. The profile the engineer got applied hasnt adjusted from fastpath 0.25 to interleaving even when its maybe disconnected 4-5 times within a hour.
I've opened a ticket ID: 32397935 thinking the system would see something needed fixed but the results always come back inconclusive. Could a kind plusnet rep put interleaving on and a 9db profile up&down im certain this would go a longway towards improving the reliablity of my connection.
