thinking of changing broadband tarrif

hi to all
i am on broadband plus and was thinking changing to broadband extra am in market 3 zone.
will i lose my referrals, my next bill is due 11/11  when will it be best to change, anything else i need to know

Referals will be kept.  You can change your package at anytime and it will take place on your next billing date.

No - they will put you on the new tariff on 11/11.
The accounting system can't handle mid-period transfers.

once i change do i understand i cant change back . one last question,  do i enter into a year contract even though i been with plusnet for many years, thanks

you can change between the new product once a month, and if you are on one of the older product they will let you have a trial on the new and switch back if it isnt to your liking

As pierre_pierre said you can try the newer package for a month and go back if it doesn't suit you.
