thinkbroadband /pn issue?

is anyone else struggling to get to thinkbroadband?
It's OK via VPN but not happy on a PN connection..

oops.. looks like my https everywhere plugin decided to add tbb to the list.

I can't run the TBB Speedtest.
Say's "Unable to connect, please try again later".
Tried several times.
Same both in Chrome & IE.
