I use the Think Broadband Quality Monitor Tool
http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/monitors.html to help in the monitoring of my ADSL line. Last night in particular the performance in web browsing was terrible and also I was experiencing high pings (80ms to bbc.co.uk). Right now, think have improved - web Browsing OK (not brilliant) and ping are low (20ms bbc.co.uk).

This isn't a one-off. Previous graphs show similar patterns although no-where near as bad.
Can anyone give comment on the graph ?
