hello
can anyone explain why my syncing is down from 6 mbps to 3.2 mbps
it happened after my line was taken down by a lorry and a new one was replaced by bt.

Either you profile has dropped as BT thought there was a fault or they have put in a new cable which isnt joined properly or its on another pair which has more noise or it goes a long way round to the exchange.
Do a bt speedstest to find your profile and post before and after stats. If its your profile then it should build back up again in a few days

Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 2724 kbps
i had two separate lines coming into the house they have encased the two in one cable i have lost 3000 kbps
