I transferred to PN about a week ago, and the ipprofile on my line is about 20mbps lower than it was when I was with BT. This doesn't seem to make sense as I'm using the same equipment and I doubt the street cabinet has moved... Any ideas?

I can see that your line went live a few days ago - its likely that the DLM (Dynamic Line Management) is still settling down on your line and that this in turn is affecting your IP profile,
It usually takes around 10 days for a line to settle at which point we'd expect you to be achieving speeds more in line with your previous supplier.
