sync speed

bt have set my maxdls sync speed at 2500kbps. My modem is showing that it is at 3872 Kbps if i keep achiveing this speed what will bt set my sync speed at will it be same or will they rise it to 3000kbps.
Basicly just wondering how bt set there sync rates to what we actually get on r modems

If you stay synced at that speed for the next 3 days your profile should uplift to 3500kbit/s.

A bit optimistic there, the sync speed needs to reach (and maintain) 4000kbps for the IP Profile to be set at 3500kbps.  For 3872kbps IP Profile will be 3000kbps.
