Hi rik, I've just looked at the fault notes and it seems you're affected by a wider issue at the exchange - they've estimated a date of the 29th to get the work done. If there's any more updates we'll let you know, I'll pop this information on the ticket as well.
Fingers crossed, this is now fixed. Stable line all weekend with only one short-lived disconnection that I noticed. Thank you to Plusnet for the support from their end. And I've just clocked the fastest speeds I've ever had.... 6.3
