still waiting to upgrade to 21CN

Hi i put my second request to upgrade to 21CN a week ago and my first 2 weeks ago,  is there any update ?

I'll have a check on this for you tomorrow when I'm in the office. Can't remember the completion date off the top of my head.

Change over is due to happen on 3rd April anytime up till Midnight, usually in the small hours of the day.
