speed test

When I do a plusnet speed test I always get the notification:
Sorry - My Broadband Speed is currently experiencing technical difficulty and may display misleading test results. Thanks for bearing with us while we fix things
Any one else get this?  How can I get a true result?

It's been like this for quite some time and I'm not sure if a fix is on the cards.
Results provided can be ok, it depends on circumstances like the load on the system.
People generally use http://www.speedtest.net/
