so last week did some electric work had power off few times
thne noticed sat that my ip profile had dropped looked into it further and snr on downstream is now at 9 speed dropped posted a ticket to plus took ages for them to reply and they recon its gone up and to leave it for 72 hours
why did it take so long to reply ? and i read here peps get sorted
odd to say the least ( or is it just me )

Hi colly05,
Really sorry for the delayed response. The best thing you can do to get your speeds back up, is to leave the Modem switched on as much as possible now moving forward. If your line speeds are lower than you'd expect at the moment, once the DLM notices your stable connection again, it will push through better speeds as it see's fit.
