So I just got pro add-on... How long will it take to take affect?
Been having ridiculous spikes in every game I play for about a month so hoping this will solve the problem >_>''

I believe the pro add on is instant.
Did you change your account type today. I had to wait for my next billing date to change packages then add pro which was instant.
Try a speed test to see if you get line speed on downloads.

I got add-on just before I made the first post, but I'm still on the same package as before 60gb usage one~ So far no difference ingame, still spiking a lot.

on pingtest.net just now I got
2% packet loss, 30ms jitter, 39 ping
and
0% packet loss, 54ms jitter, 225 ping
every other time I tried it just gave "packet loss error" (tried about 20 times ;X)

Hi MyNameIsRay,
If a game is already prioritised you will not see a difference in the latency by switching to pro. Pro means there are no rate limits across all protocols and benefits gamers when a new game that's not prioritised on our network is played.

Yeah nothing has changed since I switched, I removed it now.
Latency isn't my problem, it's that I get lots of 'spikes', where I seem to have delayed connection for a few seconds.
I made a ticket but they couldn't help, they told me to report a line fault but the only options I could pick from there were 'disconnects' and 'slow connection speeds'...
