snr reset please

still having the crackling intermittently on the line , yesterday whilst on a phone call there was loud crackling and hissing then a loud pop and the internet went off and back on , the internet has also disconnected a couple of more times and  reconnects straight away , when this happens it is reconnecting with a very low upstream snr and a very low upstream speed , its currently at 128kps up and 4192 down,
any ideas please

Our tests aren't showing any issues I'm afraid.
We'd have to look at booking another engineer again.

What about the broadband reconnecting with the wrong up speed and snr

If the phone line is noisy that will most likely be the cause so we need to get that looked into.

Could some one from plusnet  please check  that the engineer  us still coming this morning , I have received  a text message  the day before and first thing on the day of the appointment  but I have had nothing  this time ,

Your engineer is still committed for today any time up until 1PM

he phoned me to say he was on his way  and turned up at about 12.50 pm ,, tested the line ,checked the box and reported that no fault found , so i think its a case of waiting for it to happen again and re-report,
