slow upload speed

hi
  any  chance of  you taking the cap off our upload speed it is set at
440
it was fine until we had the phone fault 
also  our download speed has decreased  my over 2mb in the last 5 days  any reason why

Hi there,
I've just placed an order to uncap the upstream tomorrow for you.
Regarding the drop in speeds I'm unable to see an obvious reason I'm afraid. so I'd just advise raising that using our <a href="http://faults.plus.net//">online fault checker</a>
