slow speed

Informed by plusnet that my broadband cut out, as I was turning router off at night. Since speaking to plusnet on Saturday after trying from Friday morning. I caused the fault, OK when all the speed be increased as I have next to no spped at all 13MBS.

Hi, I can see the profile's not updated over the past few days, just requested that your line is reset and retrained which should take effect in a couple of hours or so. Hope it improves the speed for you.
