Then post the line attenuation & SNR (margin) figures for up and down.
We still need the BT speedtest results which are they key to understanding what may have happened.

ok i think what you what i hpoe is the reading 6272 up 448 down
trying to get bt test but the 1st test was so slow its asked to change logon to bt test
