Re: slow broadband with plus net

If you're still having connection I'd strongly suggest going through the steps at https://faults.plus.net as this will go through some troubleshooting, run an automated line test and then pass the ticket into our faults team for investigation.

Re: slow broadband with plus net

If it is your internal wiring as they suggest then connecting to the test socket - not the master socket - should sort it
Can you connect to the test socket and advise the full stats

Re: slow broadband with plus net

Hi zulfi5,
I checked over your line and can't see any obvious cause for your slower speeds. I can see that you opened a fault ticket but closed it before all of the initial checks were completed.
Would you be able to open another fault ticket so we can investigate this further?

Re: slow broadband with plus net

Further to what Chris has said, your BT line profile is set to 4453kbps. Your downstream SNR is a tad high which results in a lower connection speed but that's probably something to do with the frequency at which your connection is dropping out:
Session Started	Session Ended	Session Duration
14:41 08/May/2013 N/A   0:28:28 (on going)
14:25 08/May/2013 14:41 08/May/2013   0:16:1
14:22 08/May/2013 14:24 08/May/2013   0:2:20
14:58 07/May/2013 14:21 08/May/2013   23:23:10
00:44 07/May/2013 14:55 07/May/2013   14:10:43
13:07 06/May/2013 00:42 07/May/2013   11:35:30

14:25 05/May/2013 14:36 05/May/2013   0:11:33
14:09 05/May/2013 14:24 05/May/2013   0:15:51

You've done the right thing by opening a fault report. Just a case of waiting patiently for our Faults Team to run some tests etc.
