Having problems with broadband being slow and erratic pings, things seem to have been downhill gradually since changing over to unlimited and removing pro add on so dont know if its just a coincidence to coincide with the bad weather or something else causing the issue, any way a staff member can check to see if everything is ok on your end

There's a few similar threads over the last week or so, we've got a piece of unhappy network kit that we're fixing. For now you can log in to the router, press disconnect and then connect.
When you're back online check here: usertools.plus.net/@gateway and if the result doesn't start with PCL then you should be ok.

I'm having issues tonight also chris, apparently I'm on gateway pcl-ag06, is this a problem?

I was connected to pcl then I disconnected and reconnected and now it starts with ptn, is that good?

pcl-ag06 is affected. ptn-* should be fine.

Ah right ok, on my router I don't have a disconnect option only a reboot option, is that ok to do?
