hi. my broadband is running slow during stablising perod due to power cuts over weekend, was running at about 3.00 now at 1.37
has any one got any advice plse

Leave the router powered on for at least 72 hours.
The following morning switch the router off for at least half an hour.
Switch the router back on between 10:00am and 12:00 midday.
Leave the router switched on.
Hopefully it will be back to normal.

If you don't have any success then you can report it to the Faults Team here. If you'd like any clarification of the fault diagnostics or your router stats then just post them and we'll have a look
Edit: I can see that the Faults Team have already investigated this before and the underlying problem should be resolved, we might just be delayed a little due to the power cuts. As purleigh advised, the best course of action is to leave the router powered up for 72 hours and just let us know if your speeds don't increase.

That's looking better
Your estimate was 0.5Mbps and your profile's never been stable, usually around the 1Mbps mark so hopefully we've got everything sorted now!
