Hi Plusnet folks
Usually very happy with service but dload speed slooww lately  3 to 4 mps. Can you check/reset connection please?

I've just been through a couple of line tests and can't see any issues. Your line is connecting at 13904 to the exchange, this is giving you a profile of 12267.
There does seem to be an inconsistency between the profile across a couple of systems, so I'm going to try what's known as an SNR reset to kick these back together.
I've also just noticed that your upload speed is capped at 448, do you want me to uncap it? No cost, and you should see a near doubling of the upload speed.

The consistency check is now passing, so there's no reason that you shouldn't see your normal speeds again.
