sky on demand

have this problem with sky on-demand, and the TG582n.  The connection to the network is fine, but it says on-demand=fail, how can i get my on demand back

Have you tried turning off your Sky box at the mains and then turning it back on?

I had this same problem but i fixed it.
If u go to sky's web site and go to help on demand it will go through a step by step guide in how to get it working, it worked for me
