second request for a response to ticket 37440705

Why has this been ignored? it makes me lose faith in the on line fault reporting system, in fact I would not recommend any one to use it at all. Ok things have been stable for a day or so (at a lesser speed) but the router was plugged into the backplate when the dropouts were occurring, obviously indicating a BT fault, possibly the router, but I doubt it. Plusnet are so fast to blame customers to sort out their wiring (and righty so a lot of the time) but seem afraid to escalate a fault to their parent company.

I raised ticket 37517614 on 29th November.
This means that you are 76,908 tickets behind me, if they are raised sequentially in the order requested. Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
