safeguard is still blockong everything

hi I'm new to plusnet and am starting to wonder why I switched I have received my hub I unblocked the contents I wanted to vie and nothing happened waited 2 days still nothing so I disabled safeguard waited 2 hours still nothing reset hub nothing waited a week still nothing is there anything that I can do to rectify this

I'm sorry to hear that disabling Safeguard hasn't worked. I've replied to you on the other post here. Please let us know if changing your DNS server settings doesn't resolve this issue.

Thank you that has worked but still hopeing that safe guard will eventually be fixed
