Don't know what the record is, but as of today's reboot my router says:
                    Downstream  Upstream
Rate (Kbps):       9918        856

SNR Margin (dB): 2.1            8.5
So as of now, I'm pretty happy

You SNR will more than likely drop after dark and it's pretty low already

Just checked.  It's now gone back up to around 6 (and consequently I have "only" around 8500 sync)  Having said that, my Plusnet sync is still at 6000 and hasn't moved since I started on the trial

What's your BT profile? You may need to prompt pm jameseh to get them to match.
