retreiving email using Forte Agent

Although I use Thunderbird for my main email accounts - for mailing lists I like to use Forte Agent 4 ( not Free Agent )
I'm embarrassed to say I'm having trouble setting up to retrieve email from one of my extra email accounts:
e.g.
extraname@username.plus.com
clearly this has a different password from the main account
Agent has these boxes:
Host Name - mail.plus.net
The server does NOT require secure connection (SSL)
Login method - simple username and password
Login crudentials - extraname@username.plus.com
Password: *********
but that doesn't work -
any Forte Agent users around here that can remind me please.

I think the login name should be username+extraname and the password the one that goes with extraname.

yes - you're right - I didn't read the user guide closely enough.
I went and got a coffee - sat thinking and had another go.
I always seem to have trouble setting up email client's for these extra accounts - I only do it about every three years - and my memory forgets what I did !!!.
