Hi folks i have just purchased a netgear dg834gt wireless router,i would like to replace the wg111t that comes with it for my laptop with an internal card. Any recommendations gratefully accepted.
You mean you want a PCMCIA wifi card instead of the WG111T USB thing? Any of them from a reputable brand should do the job. There are loads on <a href="http://www.ebuyer.com/cat/Wireless/subcat/Adapters---PC-Cards"> Ebuyer</a> for example.
If you've got a DG834GT router I'd advise going for the corresponding 108mbps Netgear card. I know you won't need the speed when connecting to t'internet but the better connection does improve throughput especially as you move into marginal signal territory.
