receiving 2 of every email

Hi,
This is probably somewhere in the forum but I cannot find it.
Just started with Plusnet. I have a slight problem in that I receive 2 of every email into my outlook inbox. I cant really find anything in the email set up guides that helps with this. Any advice on checking settings etc would be greatly appreciated.

Thats fro mplusnet I get 2 from anyone who sends me an email. I deleted the postmaster address, and have the email address I chose and the one my wife chose.

Before you next receive emails can you go on to webmail and see what emails are waiting. If it is a problem at the Plusnet end you will see two of each. If it is at your end you will only see one, but when you receive the emails via the normal method you will get two. If that is the case I would guess that you are using some rules (such as moving the email to a folder) and you haven't ticked to stop processing more rules so a second rule is being applied to the same email.

and you cant actually delete the Postmaster it is a condition of the contract that you are sent those
