Dev, that went a long time ago. It was only of use when the website serving the file was slower than the modem connection to Plusnet - that doesn't happen very often these days.

The network's been very busy this past few days, and as a result we're looking to get some new capacity in as soon as we can. We'll announce as soon as it's confirmed.
