hi, I am unable to have fibre in my area and my contract says I get 5-7 mb on doing a speed test I only get 2.91 download and 0.47 upload, it can take me over 30 minutes sometimes to watch 10 minutes of Netflix as its so slow and just buffers or freezes or blocks out constantly, and thats with only my tv connected to the internet, phone and all other devices are off. ive tried contacting customer services but get no help whatsoever.
